3x 45 - 60 minute sessions - £30 per session
2 - week baby yoga course. Learn yoga techniques and postures and gain the confidence to continue encorporating these into baby's routine.

Colic Workshop
Held in your own home. You will learn massage and yoga techniques to help combat your baby's colic. Gives you a toolkit to help sooth your baby and cope with this stressful condition.

Group Courses For You & Friends
Organise a group of friends from your NCT/antenatal group and hold a group in your own home, or my studio if the majority are local to West Bridgford. Minimum of four mums and babies required. If you are organising a large group and you are not local to West Bridgford, we can book a venue in your area to ensure we have sufficient space. Please call for further information.

Please note that your place is not confirmed until payment has been received by Urban Kneads and places are allocated on a first come first served basis. If you call to have your name added to a course list, your place will be held for 3 days. If payment is not received within those three days, your place could be given to someone else.
